Is It Normal To Miss My Period With An IUD After Experiencing Typical PMS Symptoms?

Hi I have an IUD and was supposed to get my period a couple days ago and had cramps pms and all the regular symptoms I normal get even more bowel movement but no blood I have had it for 7 months and wondering if that is normal or if I should get a pregnancy test?
