Is It Normal To Pass Large Clots During A Light, Painless Period, And Is It Safe To Have Sex During This Time?

Hi:) For the first time in my life im having large clots discharge during my period and have read this can be very normal-and i wouldnt say i have heavy flow as i mostly handle my period with panty liners but when i urinate is when a large flow of blood discharges with clots. Also during sex the same happened during this period-large flow of blood and a large clot...but then thats it and it happens like 1 or 2x during the day mostly it seems after either sleep or sitting for a period of time. Im having no pain and wonder if this all sounds normal snd if its ok to have sex during these times? Many thanks for your time!
