Is It Normal To See A Hole Or Transparent Area Beneath The Penile Frenulum When Pulled Back?

My question is regarding the frenulum of the prepuce of the penis. I noticed recently that if pulled back, a hole can appear in the frenulum if looked at from the side. In other words, there is a part beneath my frenulum that you can see through. I was wondering if this is a tear or if it is normal and whether or not I should receive medical treatment.
