Is It Normal To See Traces Of Blood On The 6th Day After Taking Lutenyl For Prolonged Bleeding?

I bled for a month and 2weeks and some days, went to my gynaecologist and he did a transvaginal ultrasound sent me to the lab also to run a lot of test eg thyroid, LH,FSG, HCG,protein etc..Turns out I was anaemic( probably because of the blood loss) My gyno said the bleeding will stop on it s own but we insisted he give a medication cos I ve bleed so much,so he prescribed Lutenyl 5mg ( 2x daily for 10days).blood stopped on the second day of the dosage. Today is the 6th day and I m starting to see traces of blood again. Should I be worried? Note: I m not pregnant
