Is It Normal To Still See Yellow Fluid Under The Foreskin After Completing 8 Days Of Doxycycline And Quadriderm Cream?

Hello doctor am 24 years old, I mistakenly cleaned my penis with dettol undiluted solution and next day it was bit swollen up and had red rash and yellow fluid under foreskin then I visited urologist he prescribed me these medicines. 1.doxycycline (100 mg) 2.quadriderm rf cream I have completed the 8 days of dosage and he told me to continue it i m yet seeing yellow fluid like stuff is it normal? Or do I need to change medicine?
