Is It Obvious If The Condom Tears?because Last Night I

Is it obvious if the condom tears?because last night I had sex with a girl of unknown hiv status and I dint notice much in the dark but all I could notice was the condom was fine on the tip and it was still on it without any noticeable damage in the dim light... and no noticeable tear...I am a bit worried about that and should I be getting any tests?
