Is It Ok To Drive In Higher Altitudes With A

Is it ok to drive in higher altitudes with a ruptured eardrum? I haven't gotten it diagnosed as such, but I do have a diagnosed ear infection and they believe once it's cleared they will see that in my ear. I am supposed to travel this weekend and am unsure of what pain level I should expect doing so
