Is It Okay For Me To Continue Taking Fluoxetine Long-term For OCD, Or Should I Reassess My Treatment?

Dear Sir, I had consulted you 10 years back in kundapur, for my depression, obsession and took medicine and recovered very well. Later I shifted to udupi as I could not consult you unfortunately.I consulted with Dr P v Bhandary and diagnosed with OCD and started taking Fluexetine pills. Since then I am taking Fluexetine 60 mg till now.
