Is It Possible For A Nulliparous, 26yo Female To Have

Is it possible for a nulliparous, 26yo female to have a pelvic organ prolapse? Had pelvic pressure and fullness and the sensation that something is sitting low in the vaginal canal for the last 4 days. Constant dull pain and discomfort since it started. I had recently started running again prior to this starting. Laying down overnight relieves the pain - I wake up feeling normal, but after standing or sitting it seems to worsen. Definitely seems to be gravity-dependent. I am nulliparous, BMI of 24, and 26yo.
