Is it possible for masturbation to cause a groin strain? For the past couple weeks I've felt minor groin pain when I masturbate a couple of days in a row. It doesn't feel like testicular pain, but more where the scrotum meets the leg. If I don't masturbate for a few days the pain usually subsides.
