Is It Possible Or Likely That A Woman With Hypothyroidism

Is it possible or likely that a woman with hypothyroidism can also have hyperhidrosis. I have had thyroid (hypothroid) for years and am taking medication for it but for the past several years I have also had hyperhidrosis and sweat excessively behind both ears when I do the least amount of exercise or work.?
