Is It Possible That It Can Be The Contraceptives That Affect My Hormones?

Goodday, I started to have a problem with very low bloodpressure from when I started to use Contraceptions! I went to a GP, did bloodtests etc but couldn't find anything wrong. Is it possible that it can be the contraceptions that affects my hormones?
