Is It Possible That My PTB Is Just Scarring, Given My Undetermined Activity In My Recent X-ray?

Hi goodmorning doc, i have a question, i have ptb right upper lobe last 2018 but i have a take a medicine for 6mos. Then after medication, it ok. Then now the employer suggest a medication the result of xray i have a ptb of activity undetermined, right. But my sputum test it result a negative. It possible a scars o need a treatment again. And i ask doc i can get a Health Permit from the city hall? Thankyouuuu for answer my question. Godbless
