Is It Possible To Abort The Child Without Taking I-pill?

Hi Ma'am,

I had my mensuration on 1st Jan'11 then on 27th Jan'11 it started again. In between this I had a contact on 14th Jan'11 bt it was with protection. Then on 16th Feb'11 my mensuration started again bt it was nt like my earlier cycles. On 15th nyt there was some brownish discharge coming frm my vagina then on 16th mrng blood came bt it was like spots. I had my ultrasound twice nd in first report it was said that my uterus is bulky nd dctr said that I have conceived nd now i m in abortion stage. Can it b possible that I can abort my child without taking ipill or without skipping my cycle as I have nt missed any of my mensuration till date?
2nd report was normal nd this was done with other dctr. This dctr is saying that it can be bacause of stress i m taking or thyroid or exercise i m doing. Please help me doctor as i m very tensed because of the rport frm 1st dctr where i had my ultrasound. U can reply me on my email id YYYY@YYYY .
