Is It Possible To Conceive When Diagnosed With Myasthenia Gravis And Hypo Thyroidism?

Hi I am a 34 year old single mother of one child but two pregnancies. I was diagnoised with PIV and HPV about a year ago and I have scared tissue around my tubes and cervix. I was never told that I was infertile and I have tried to concieve for over a year now with no luck. I have myasthenia gravis, hypo thyroidism, asthma, hig blood pressure, an graves disease and my question is with the scaring around the cervix and the tubes and being that I had to get my cervix "coned cut" from it being scared closed is there any chance that I will ever get pregnant again and have a successful pregnancy?
