Is It Possible To Conceive When Having PCOS And Thyroid Issues?

i am 23 year old and my weight is 80.. and am having thyroid problem and PCOD. i am having ovalife medicine . am planning to marry after 2 years. my question is that is it possible me to concieve a baby. now am in diet and having regular excersise. most of them says that its not possible to concieve. please do rply to my doubt
