Is It Possible To Conceive When Having Elevated PSH Levels?

I am 18, trying to concieve for about a year. I took a fertility test today, on cycle day 4, not 3. It showed my PSH was elevated. I have OvaBoost. I was wondering if I should take it because I have regualr cycles now, and I ve heard it can completely mess up your cycle. My husband is leaving in 2 months, we would like to concieve by then.
