Is It Possible To Conceive While Having Multiple Hypoechoic Lesions In Uterus?

Hiii....my uterus has sizes 7.2×3.5×4.8cm. I have innumerable small hypoechoic lesion in anterior and posterior wall, larger 1.5×0.8cm size in posterior wall and 1.5×1.1cm size in anterior wall..another 3.4×2cm size large hypoechoic lesion noted at right adnexa compressing right lateral wall of uterus..... My question is that can I conceive a pregnancy and will it be safe????
