Is It Possible To Conceive With FSH Being 50%

hi dear doctor, my wife38 years old had one baby 2 years old since that time we have not get child,the monthly cycle not regular untill this time.she made hormon test found that FSH 50% the doctor said there is no hope to have ababy again and forever. please your your help and kind support.
