Is It Possible To Feel Pre-ejaculation Inside The Vagina?

I had sex for the first time yesterday. I'm not on any birth control and he didn't use a condom..but as soon as he pulled out he came but it didn't go inside me. I didn't feel him pre-ejaculate inside of me...would I have even been able to feel that? Anyway, within about 2 hours of this, we went to the store and I took Plan B One Step. I don't know much about ovulation but I've been looking up information and I'm afraid I was in my fertile period when this happened.
