Is It Possible To Get Pregnant After A Family Planning Operation Performed In 2009?

Hi doctor ,need a suggestion of re family planning, so it is possible to get pregnant after re family planning operation, I have done my family planning operation in 2009,and I have 2 kids, boy n girl by normal delivery, so I m planning for 3 baby ,please give Me a suggestion.
