Is It Possible To Get Pregnant From Hand-to-genital Contact, Even With Plan B Taken Within 19 Hours?

I gave oral sex and he got off on my hand. I washed my hands and probably 20 minutes later I masturabted. Did not finger myself. I got super paranoid and took plan b within 19 hours. It was around my ovulation. I started my period (or what I think was my period) 10 days later. It lasted about 6 days. I have had an negative pregnancy test.. but still feeling paranoid.
