Is It Possible To Have Bernhardt Roth Syndrome Post Labial Tear?

I had a bad fall on 11/26/14 I had an mri which showed a labial tear and have an appt with orthopedic next week. Ever since falling the outer part of my thigh is hypersensitive and a burning feeling when I lean forward or drive or sit. My leg also aches after standing or walking. Can a person have Bernhardt roth syndrome after a fall with a tear in the labial?
