Is It Possible To Have A Follicle Tube Block Due To Normal Delivery?

i had a still birth in 8th month last year through normal delivery.we are trying for the next one now. its been 8months we have been tyring. i am 32 and my husband is 35 and we dont have children yet.i had a change of place post delivery so i am seeing a new gynec. she says i might have a chance of follicle tube block developed due to delivery. is it possible to have a follicle tube block due to normal delivery?
