Is It Possible To Have A Tubal Pregnancy Despite Getting A Period After Taking Cycloreg?

Hi I took not kit on Nov 29 and got my period on 30th but after tat i didn t get my period and pregnancy test was negative doctor gave cycloreg tab on Feb 2nd now today i got my period But have one doubt heard tat after taking not kit also sometimes pregnancy will not go it will be tube and v will be getting periods is it true should I go for ultrasound plz suggest But now i got my period today after having cycloreg tab Plz clarify my doubt
