Is it possible to have growth in middle ear that occlude visualization of tympanic membrane. Not infected as treated with two antibiotics for infection in opposite ear. No drainage but there is some discomfort and shooting pain on occ. some ent docs have called it a choleostoma but I thought that was behind tympanic membrane
