Is It Possible To Have Periods Without Ovulating?

Hi i was wondering if its possible to have a period and not ovulate. I went 6 months of not having a period after having one after giving birth in march finally got one in dec had a 26 to 27 day early jan cycle around 10th or 11th cycle then was late again in feb but i did finally get on feb 20th
