Is it possible to have scarlet fever without the full rash break-out? I have the high fever (102) for 5 days, severe sore throat, ear pain, extremely swollen neck lymph glands, body aches, and no improvement, All I can do is sleep and stay laying down as I am extremely dizzy and have no strength, I cannot eat because I cannot swallow. My throat hurts too badly and it is so swollen I choke on anything more than water or tea.
