Is It Possible To Have Test Tube Baby With Hymen Intact?

i m a still a virgin after a 3 1/2 years of marriage. My husband doesnt want to have sex. so we have not had sex. can i have a test tube baby inspite of my hymen not broken. will that be without side effects.everybody is asking me why i havent conceived and i have no answers to say as i come from a middleclass family and cant explain husbands problem.
