Is It Possible To Miscarry Without Bleeding? I Am On

Is it possible to miscarry without bleeding? I am on birth control pills.. have been for a year. Never missed a period and never had any different levels of bleeding. It's normally pretty heavy and lasts about 6 days. It always starts on time. So.. I started on Sunday morning like I normally do. It has been extremely light and more brown colored. Today I haven't had to change my pad since 4-5pm. I haven't had any blood on my toliet paper or pad at all. I've also been having bad abdominal pain on and off today which I thought was cramps but I think it was too high to be that. The only other thing I can think of is a possible miscarriage?
