Is It Possible To Ovulate During Period?

I am trying to get pregnant, I have been using ovulation strips to see when my cycle starts. The strip is always very close to the same shade of pink as the test line, just a little faded when I check right when I m done bleeding. Does this mean I may be ovulating while I am still having my period? If so is that going to make it hard to get pregnant?
