Is it possible to pass a kidney stone in 24-36 hours? I had all of the usual symptoms in sequence: darker urine for a day, then a generalized pain that settled onto the left flank, vomiting, more pain. Then it all disappeared. When I passed a stone about 5 years ago, it took at least 72 hours.
