Is It Possible To Test Positive For Drug Test Inspite Of Having Tobacco?

I m a male 5 7 and 165 pounds in pretty decent shape and metabolism. I have been using tobacco products pretty moderately for a few years. I was offered a position at a hospital that requires test for Nicotine and Citonine. I have two weeks to prepare for the test and I really want to get this job. Do you think I can pass?
