Is It Required To Remove Ovaries/uterus While Having Cyst In Ovary/fallopian Tube?

i have been diagnosed with 2 ovarian cysts on my left ovary and fallopian tube. I am 59 yrs old had previous breast cancer surgery. The surgeon wants to remove the both ovaries and tubes due a D&C

and check out everything in ther the day of surgery If things are not

good will remove the uterus as well It sounds like the right decision but
