Is It Safe And Effective To Use Clobetasol Cream For Hair Loss On The Crown And Forehead?

Hi, I was told by my niece that Clobetasol cream had worked for her in restoring hair loss. I am 61 and experiencing a little hair loss on crown of head as well as a small area above forehead. While on vacation in Mexico, I purchased Clobetasol 0.05 cream in a farmacia . I would like to try and see if it help prevent more hair loss. please advice.
