Is It Safe Taking Two Packs Of Microgynan Pill Back To Back?

Hi i was thinking of going on the microgynan pill which i have been on before, i thought it was great as it lessens the amount of days i bleed for and also reduces pmt. I had my last period on the 27th december so if i started taking it in the morning and take 2 packs back to back would this be safe? As i have a party to go to at the end of jan which is when i'm due my next period.
