Is It Safe To Be On Xarelto While Undergoing Novasure Ablation Procedure?

I tried to have the novasure ablation done last week and the dr couldn't get a good seal. So now she is suggesting we do the procedure in the hospital. I am on Xarelto for factor 2 and dvt & pe. She is tryin to find out if I need to go off Xarelto. Why would I have to go off Xarelto? Isn't this the same procedure as done in the office? Just what does happens having this done in a hospital that I need to be put to sleep for this?
