Is It Safe To Be Pregnant Immediately After A Miscarriage?

I was 12 weeks pregnant with twins and had a missed misscarriage and d&c 2 months ago on april 6 me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceieve my last period was june 6 i have been puking every morning since june 14 and until now june 17 we had unprotected sex june 11 12 13 15 16 could i be pregnant its still to early to do a pregnancy test.
