Is It Safe To Be Pregnant When Suffering With Typhoid Fever?

hi DOC !!
i was suffering from typhoid last month and had taken a full course of medicines....i missed my date and hav been confirmed as positive ... i want to if d baby concieved would be normal ....should i continue with d pregnency or not ....this is my second time ....i am also lactating my first baby...please help
