Is It Safe To Bend Over After Cervical Cauterization?

can i go up and down the stairs ,go in a car ,roam around anywhere i want to,can i bend down to get things from floor. i just had cervical cauterization yesterday bleeding stopped today just have cramps coming and going.otherwise i am okay.and when can i start my aerobic exercise
