Is It Safe To Consume Alcohol Post Gastric Bypass Surgery?

I have had gastric bypass surgery over 2 years ago. I lost only 50 lbs and am now gaining weight. I know that I am not eating the right thins, am drinking alcohol to go to sleep at night. I don t want to gain my weight back, but being depressed, not being able to go to sleep, I am back to bad habits. I am 67. What do I do?
