My husband has Crohn s Disease-severe case, 6 bowel resections and now severely immuno-compromised after some yrs of remicade and humira, He can no longer take these types of therapies as his immune system is shot. He was recently been prescribed prednisone again (40 mgs/day). What is the potential for danger if drinking while on prednisone-particularly hard liquor?
