Hi, Is it safe to consume unpasteurised fermented vegetable foods (other than milk) such as cucumber, gherkins, olives, cabbage from 12 weeks of pregnancy? Also, on a separate note can someone with last stage renal failure drink milk kefir or eat fermented vegetables or take probiotic supplements? Please let me know.
