Is It Safe To Continue Taking Utrogestan In 17th Week Of Pregnancy?

Hi im in my 17th week of my pregnancy and im taking utrogestan 200 orally, im wondering if should stop it by now, cause im not spotting anymore, but im afraid if I stop it, i will see some brownish discharge again. Is it safe to keep taking utrogesran at that week and onwards?
