Is It Safe To Continue With Ortho Tri Cyclen After Having Unsafe Sex?

Three days ago tuesday, i began taking ortho tri cyclen. before that, I was on beyaz, but the tuesday before that was my last pill. I ve been on beyaz for 5 months, and before that I was on Ortho tri cyclen. I was off the pill for a week. today, I had unprotected sex and he doesn t know if he pulled out in time . should I be concerned? should I consider plan B?
