Is It Safe To Continue With Pregnancy When Taking Rubella Vaccine?

hi sir. i m suffering from rubella igG 140. we are under treatment to take rubamycin forte but now i m pregnant for one and half month about. as last year August 2014 IUD at nine month of pregnancy.now my question is shall i proceed my pregnancy by taking rubella vaccine and rubamycin forte or to terminate my pregnancy. plis advice me.
