Is It Safe To Deliver After 32 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

hi i am 31 weeks preg and had my daughter delivered prematurely, now i am under fear of the same, is there any repeated chance of this. in the last pregnancy i had lot of problems like BP and long periods of cough around 4 months. now i am perfectly alright. is it safe to deliver after 32 weeks. pls answer me
