Is It Safe To Do Laproscopy For Second Time After Failed Iui?

I am 30 yrs height 5.2 inch & 80 kg married , I had opereted laproscopy for grade 4 endometriysis in nov 2009 and was given 2 Luprode injec & had done 6 times IUI and had no success in getting pregant as i have got Adenomysis nodule on left side which dr feels may be congestion for pregancy now dr is trying last time for IUI and given me elogen tablet for 21 days and then letoval 2.5 mg after my 3 day of periods .dr said if this time i not receive pregancy he will do 2 nd laproscopy and then IVF .Kindly suggest me Is it safe to do laprocopy 2 nd time and will i get success.
