Is It Safe To Do Pilates Post Labrum Tear Repair?

I have a gal who had a labrum in her hip repaired and now has bursitis. I am waiting for her ortho to give permission for her to do pilates and training but I am doing research on my own to find out what contra-indications are involved for a labrum tear
