Is It Safe To Drink Prior To Surgery For Cystitis?

hi, can you help, I am in pain from cystitis, I am panicking as due to have surgical termination tomorrow (due to foetal anomaly), was told not to drink much past midnight tonight. I'm trying to flush it out by drinking lots. Will they still carry out the termination if it does't go?
